May is finally upon us!!!
My bags are packed, rods are rigged, flies tied, hooks are sharp. It’s finally time to head to the Keys again to fish the Everglades. The Hewes is ready to go. I will be down there for the next month chasing these fish all over the backcountry, Florida Bay and the Gulf of America. I don’t think I have ever been so ready for May.
This off season has been busier than most. From hunting in Texas to bass fishing all over central Florida.
Although May is booked solid I still have openings in June through August fishing the beaches from Boca Grande to Sarasota and Charlotte Harbor. I have a few openings starting September 11th through the first week of October to chase tarpon in the backcountry of the Everglades National Park. Whether you fish fly or spin it is an unforgettable experience.
